This is why attacking and raiding other bases is what you should focus on in Boom Beach. Whatever resources you lose, you can always earn them back and more when you attack. You should still put up defensive strategies on your base.
This doesn’t mean that you should forget about defense. For the most part, you’d gain more from attacking another base than trying to defend your own from an attacker. The attacking part is a big thing in this game. But a big portion of what you will do here will be defending your base and attacking other bases.
